SOCHI, Russia (KSDK) – The U.S. Hockey Team is finished.

They started the Olympic tournament strong, and it looked like they were destined for a medal, but on Saturday, they lost to Finland in the bronze medal match…and lost bad: 5-0, to be exact.

Since NHL players were first allowed to play in the Olympics in 1998, Finland has four medals, more than any other country.

But in Sochi, at least the U.S. will always remember the "minor miracle on ice" when St. Louis Blues forward T.J. Oshie beat the Russians in a shootout.
