COLUMBIA, Mo. (KSDK) – After just missing the NCAA tournament this past season, the University of Missouri men's basketball coach could be packing his bags for Tulsa.
Coach Frank Haith called a 2:45 p.m. meeting with his players to inform them that he would be meeting with Tulsa administrators about their head coach position, but no official decision or offer had been made.
The University has given permission for Haith to talk to Tulsa.
Tulsa's previous head coach, Danny Manning, went to Wake Forest.
Haith has a record of 77-29 (.726) at Mizzou and an overall record of 206-129 (.615). The team didn't receive a NCAA tournament bid this year but made it to the second round of NIT before being knocked out.
