St. Louis Blues forward Vladimir Sobotka has been ruled out of the Olympics and beyond.
The team announced on Saturday that he was placed on the injured list with a leg injury.
That will prevent him from playing for the Czech Republic during the Olympic tournament that begins on Feb. 12 in Sochi.
He will be re-evaluated in four weeks.
