Snow will cause some travel troubles Sunday, especially heading north of St. Louis
Today: Becoming mostly sunny, colder, highs in the mid to upper 30s.
Tonight: Clouds increasing, lows in mid to upper 20s.
Saturday: Clouds thicken with rain showers developing during the day, changing to a mix of rain and snow during the late evening. Rain and snow continuing into the night. Highs in the upper 30s north to mid 40s south. Lows Saturday night around 30 north to mid 30s south
Sunday: Any rain/snow mix changing to snow during the morning hours and continuing into the afternoon. Highs in the mid 30s. Accumulating snow of 1" to 3" possible across most of the metro...higher amounts to the north and more likely than not, a quick decrease in snowfall accumulations south. Some of our southern counties may not see any accumulation.
Monday: Partly cloudy to mostly sunny and much colder, highs in the mid 20s.
Tuesday: Partly sunny, highs near 40.
Wednesday: Variable cloudiness with highs in the low 40s.
Thursday: Variable cloudiness and colder, highs in the mid 20s to around 30.
