ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. (KSDK) – Downed power lines, debris on roads and a number of power outages have been left in the wake of a storm that passed through St. Charles County late Sunday morning.

According to Colene McEntee, public affairs coordinator for St Charles County Government, two instances of wires arcing and two instances of transformer fires have been reported around unincorporated county, Wentzville, O'Fallon and St. Charles.

Outages have also been reported at Mexico Road and Highway K.

The Emergency Operations Center encourages citizens to drive with caution if they have to be out during stormy times.
