ST. LOUIS COUNTY – Boeing has suspended operations for third shift employees scheduled to begin their shift Sunday, Jan. 5, and first shift employees on Jan. 6, who work at Boeing St. Louis, including the St. Charles and St. Clair facilities, due to the winter storm.

Employees are asked to call the Employee Hotline at 1-800-899-6431 for further updates. Essential maintenance personnel must report to work.

Boeing is located next to Lambert-St. Louis International Airport, which recorded a record for this day at 10.6 inches of snow. The previous record was 2.6 inches, set in 1979.

Temperatures Monday are not expected to exceed -5 degrees.
