ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - It was weird day during a weird winter, so there's no reason to expect Sunday to be any different, right? Right! But good weird and warm weird. Next week…not-so-good weird.
A mix of light rain and snow pushed across the region this evening, but the most notable feature will be the wind, which will turn out of the northwest and push along at 20-30mph and, at times, gusting to near 40.
Overnight, the precipitation goes away, we clear a bit and lows drop into the low to mid 20s. Then Sunday (oh yeah!) we warm to near 50 with loads O'Sun! But…it will still be breezy.
Martin Luther King Day is a twofer, as in two cold fronts. One slides by in the morning, leaving just a few clouds and highs in the low 40s, Then, Monday evening a second and much colder front arrives and for the rest of the week…it'll be cold.
Weird, huh? Well, it's winter after all. Sigh.
