ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Our mid-month Saturday looks like spring but doesn't feel like May; it gives the impression it might rain but hasn't and won't and, on balance, has been pretty darn nice. So, that's a good thing.
Once the sun goes down most of the clouds will fade away and overnight we'll be cooler than normal again but nowhere near as chilly as last night when lows dropped into the 30s for many and 42 officially. Still, we'll see temperatures fall into the low to mi-40s.
Sunday, little changes will make a big difference. We'll see a bit less cloud cover in the afternoon, winds will turn slowly out of the southeast and highs will slip into the mid-70s for our Sunday leaving it nice twice for the weekend. And that, too, is a good thing.
Eighties are back Monday and mid to upper 80s Tuesday and Wednesday. Next chance for storms? Thursday…and we'll likely need the rain be then. Also…a good thing.
