ST. LOUIS (KSDK) - Warmer air is trying to get into town for the un-official start to summer, but as it makes the attempt, our chances for storms increases.

Most of us are dry this evening with a few showers south and west of St. Louis through sunset followed by partly cloudy skies and lows in the mid 60s tonight.

Sunday, we can expect the clouds to be back again and scattered showers and a few storms are possible along and west of the Mississippi with highs warming into the mid 80s.

Memorial Day highs will be just a few degrees warmer, in the mid to upper 80s, but scattered afternoon and evening storms are more likely and will be more widespread.
