ST. LOUIS (KSDK) -Showers and storms should move in from the west this evening potentially arriving in Gasconade, Montgomery and Pike Counties by 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. This area of storms would then move east from that point on and could potentially be in the St. Louis metro area by 10 p.m. There is a chance some of these storms could be severe with the potential for large hail and damaging winds.

Showers and storms are likely to continue overnight winding down toward sunrise with lows in the low 70s.

Monday we should see some partial clearing from mid morning to early afternoon but expect scattered afternoon storms to develop with highs in the upper 80s.

Tuesday look for it to be much warmer with partly sunny skies and highs in the low to mid 90s.
