A Fenton athletic park still rebuilding from the 2015 floods is once again a muddy mess.
This week volunteers who run the Fenton Athletic Association got their first look at the damage left from last week's flooding.
The bathrooms are damaged, the concession stand is trashed and the fields are still soaking wet.
Organizers estimate flooding was 14 feet deep on the field.
They say this round of flooding was worse than 2015 because the water stayed around longer.
Volunteers hope to reopen the fields in about two to three weeks.
This Saturday they'll be working to clean up. They're inviting any one who can help.
