ST. LOUIS (KSDK) -Sunday started out soaking in some areas. Lambert St. Louis International Airport recorded 1.47" of rain while downtown at the First Alert Weather Center we had far less; .07". Some had no rain at all but it's humid everywhere and scattered storms are using that humidity to redevelop, especially south of the metro.
After sunset the scattered storms we have will fade quickly but overnight, especially toward sunrise, another large area of rain may develop and move east through the metro. We'll stay warm with lows near 70.
Memorial Day showers and storms are possible in the morning but there should be some quiet and dry time from mid morning into early afternoon. After that storms are likely to return…more than we had today…and last through sunset. Highs Monday should be in the upper 80s.
