Slick roads possible Sunday morning

Winter weather advisories remain in effect into early Sunday morning for the entire 5 On Your Side area.

ST. LOUIS -- Temperatures remained below freezing across the St. Louis area overnight as a wintry mix moved through the region from the west and southwest.

Although road crews spread salt to battle the mixture of freezing rain, sleet and snow, driving conditions across the region could still be hazardous. Untreated surfaces will be glazed with ice and even treated surfaces may see some icing as temperatures drop into the upper teens and lower 20s by daybreak Sunday
