ST. LOUIS — The St. Louis-based family of restaurants known for their famous roast beef sandwiches announced it has new platter offerings for a limited time.

It is available now through Dec. 2 at all locations. Guests can enjoy their choice of one meat – roast beef or turkey, topped with home-style gravy and served on Texas toast with two sides, which includes new offerings like mash potatoes and green beans.

The platter costs $7.99.

The slow-roasted, 100% lean real beef is cooked fresh every day, made to order and sliced thin with a dash of seasoning. The turkey is roasted fresh in the oven daily and made to order. The new sides are also available for purchase a la carte through Dec. 2.

“Lion’s Choice Platters are a fan favorite so we wanted to bring them back as the weather begins to cool for fall,” says Michael Kupstas, President and CEO of Lion’s Choice. “Before a heritage product returns to market, we look to accommodate the revolving preferences of consumers. Today, that means complete customization so we brought seven new sides to the table, offering guests endless choices for their perfect platter.” Previously, guests only selected their choice of protein and had mashed potatoes and green beans for sides.
