BALLWIN, Mo. — USA TODAY released a list of the “10 Best BBQ Ribs in Missouri.” A Ballwin restaurant, Charlotte’s Rib BBQ, made the list!
This BBQ joint has decades of local history. Some may not know about it, so our reporter, Courtney Budelman, wanted to call it a best kept secret in the region. However, they were rushed with customers anytime she tried to set up an interview, so she feels it’s better to call it a hidden gem.
