Chesterfield, MO — You've heard one person's trash is another's treasure. Well, at Cocoon, the goal is to give everyone a piece of the treasure.
"A lot of people have fabulous consigned items from their homes that for whatever reason they need to sell," says co-owner Donna Anderson.
About a year ago, neighbors-turned-business partners Chrstine Neskar and Donna Anderson opened the doors to their Chesterfield Valley shop, selling new gift items and like-new home furnishings, all in perfect or close to perfect condition.
Karen Shaugnessy came in to buy a few fall presents.
"I try to come by at least once a month to check out what's coming in," she says.
She found what she was looking for -- plus a couple of chairs.
"If you like a treasure hunt, this is a good place to come," says Neskar.
