ST. LOUIS — TOTAL: 5 Min – 1 Serving

½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt

½ cup ice

2 tbsp. water

            Additional fruit or vegetable flavors, fresh or frozen

  • Combine yogurt, ice, water and additional fruit or vegetable flavors of your choice in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.

Purple: ½ cup blueberries, ½ cup blackberries

Red: ½ cup strawberries, ½ cup raspberries

Yellow: 1 cup pineapple

Orange: ¾ cup mango, ¼ cup carrot juice

White: 2 bananas

Green: ½ cup spinach, packed; ½ cup kiwi
