Four Seasons St. Louis to offer 'lavish' Thanksgiving brunch

Let the Four Seasons do the cooking this Thanksgiving

This year, the Four Seasons St. Louis is offering a lavish Thanksgiving buffet for $89 dollars a person, $30 for kids 5-12, and free for kids 4 and under. It includes a carving station with a whole roasted free range turkey, pancetta brussels sprouts, green bean casserole, sweet potato puree, and more.

Michael Fricker, Sous Chef at Cielo, said, "We like the fact that we can take the busyness and the to do list out of the holiday and spend actual time with your family and out of the kitchen."

Orange is one ingredient used in every dish.

"We try and use this idea of oranges throughout. Cranberry sauce has fresh orange, the bird is marinated with fresh orange juice, the green beans have orange zest over the top. So it's this idea that one ingredient will tie everything together," he said.

The stuffing, however, is the star of the show.

He said, "The best thing we make is stuffing. Fresh ground pork, ground beef, it's bread made here in house. Apricots, cranberries, chestnuts."

One thing that might be even better than dessert, you don't have to do the dishes.
