Ferguson, MO — Free greenhouse yoga takes place every Tuesday at 4:30 PM at Earth Dance Organic Farm School in Ferguson. Here's how they came up with the idea of using a greenhouse for a yoga studio.
They hosted yoga workshops in the past but it always rained, and they had to make space in the greenhouse. It worked out so well, they decided to make it a weekly thing and partnered with the nonprofit Yoga Buzz to make it possible. And yes, it does get a little hotter in the greenhouse.
There are added benefits to doing yoga in a greenhouse.
