The spirit of Christmas is found in many holiday traditions. For one family, it comes in the form of a special Christmas story that was shared each holiday season. Jim Barbato and his daughter Victoria have taken their original family Christmas story and produced a book called, “The Magic Christmas Ornament.” Jim is here to share the story behind this special book.
Jim says that even as adults, his children still cherish the story of, “The Magic Christmas Ornament.” It was actually their idea that he write this story down to share with others.
The story follows three children and their favorite, mysterious ornament. On Christmas Eve, their father tells them how he found the ornament when he was 7 years old in a tree. It turns out, this was Santa’s own ornament from his tree. The children then get transported to Santa’s workshop where they have a magical adventure.
