Recipe: Eckert’s Apple Butter and Brie Crostini

Eckert’s Apple Butter & Brie Crostini

Ingredients

1 loaf Eckert’s French baguette

1/2 cup Eckert’s Apple Butter

6 oz Brie

3 oz Prosciutto

1/4 cup candied pecans, chopped

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Slice baguette into ½” thick slices, Spread 1 teaspoon apple butter on bread. Place thin slice of brie on top. Bake for 5 minutes or until brie is melted. Remove from oven and place thin slice of prosciutto on top or candied nuts. Serve immediately.
