ST. LOUIS — Shimmery Shamrock Sour
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1.5 ounces sour Apple schnapps
1 ounce lemon juice
1 ounce simple syrup
1/4 teaspoon edible gold shimmer dust (optional, but needed to get a gold shimmer)
Ice
Round apple slice for garnish
1. Use a cocktail shaker and put a cup of ice inside.
2. Add the whiskey, schnapps, lemon juice, simple syrup, and edible shimmer dust.
3. Shake vigorously.
4. Pour into a rocks glass of your choice.
5. Slice an apple. Dip in a bit of lemon juice to prevent browning and then place on rim for garnish.

Green Irish Margarita 
1/4 C honeydew juice (see below)
2 ounces Irish whiskey
1 ounce Fresh lime juice
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 teaspoon agave nectar
Lime wedges for garnish
Salt OR gold sprinkles for rim
Gold foil pieces, optional
Ice for glass

1. To make honeydew juice, place peeled and seeded chunks of honeydew
Melon into a blender and purée until it becomes juice.
2. In a cocktail shaker, add fruit juices, whiskey, triple sec, and agave. Shake vigorously.
3. Run a lime wedge over your glass. Then dip in either salt or sugar. Full glass with ice.
4. Pour margarita and use lime wedge for garnish.
5. Sprinkle in some edible gold foil, if desired.

White Chocolate Grasshopper
1 ounce white chocolate liquor (or Irish cream)
1 ounce vodka
1 ounce half & half
1/2 ounce Creme de Menthe
Ice
Green or gold sanding sugar for rim of glass

1. Use clean fingers to wet the glass rim with some corn syrup Or use a bit of Creme de Menthe for a touch of green drip in glass.
2. Dip wet rim into sanding sugar.
3. Add all remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake.
4. Then pour into martini glass.
