ST. LOUIS — BLUEBERRY FRENCH TOAST CASSEROLE
1 Loaf Hawaiian Bread
(cooking spray as needed)
1 Quart Half and Half
3/4 Cups Maple Syrup
1 TSP Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup Cinnamon Chips
2 TBLS Cinnamon/Sugar
1 Cup Fresh Blueberries
Cut bread in 1-inch cubes.
Place the bread cubes in a pan coated with cooking spray.
Sprinkle cinnamon chips evenly over bread.
In separate bowl, mix eggs, half and half, maple syrup, and vanilla with whisk.
Pour egg mixture over top of bread.
Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar over top of mixture.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees in the oven for 50 minutes.
