Recipe of the Day: Brekkie Berry Popsicles

ST. LOUIS — 1 c. Prairie Farms yogurt, vanilla

1/2 c. low-fat milk

1/2 t. ginger, ground

1 c. berries (we went with mixed)

1/2 c. granola

In a medium bowl, combine the milk, yogurt and ginger.

Divide the mixture between popsicle molds, leaving a bit of room for berries and granola.

Place a few berries into each mold.

Top the yogurt with a tablespoon of granola.

Place the mold stick into each popsicle and place the popsicles into the freezer for at least 4 hours before eating.

To remove popsicles, run the mold under a little hot water until they come loose.
