ST. LOUIS — 2 ea ripe avocado (about 1 cup of pulp)

4oz cooked chicken breast, diced

1T lime juice (about ½ a lime)

1/2t sea salt

1/4t ground cumin

1/4t granulated garlic

In a bowl, simply smash all the ingredients together. Serve with cucumber slices, tortilla chips, or lettuce.

Tips: Adding a small amount of water can increase the “creaminess.” 

Add cayenne, chipotle, or hot sauce to make it spicy.
