ST. LOUIS — Healthy Homemade Hot Chocolate

1 cup warm cashew milk (or other milk of choice) ⠀
2 teaspoons cacao powder⠀
2-3 medjool dates⠀
1 teaspoon vanilla⠀
Pinch of cinnamon

1 scoop collagen peptides (optional)⠀

Make sure your blender can handle hot liquids before starting. If not, use cold milk and heat on the stove after blending.

To make the hot chocolate, warm the cashew milk to a simmer using the stove-top or microwave. Add the warm cashew milk and other ingredients to the blender. Blend on high for about 1 minute until the dates are completely blended and the drink is frothy.
