ST. LOUIS — Ingredients:

2 pound of boneless chicken thighs

2 tbs Creole seasoned

2 tbs Garlic power

1 tbs smoked paprika

1 tbs salt

1 tbs pepper

1 cup buttermilk

2 cups flour

1 cup baking powder

Sauce:

1 cup honey

1 Cheyenne pepper

1 tbs cracked pepper

1/2 unsalted butter

1 lemon or 1/3 cup of lemon juice

Directions:

Mix chicken well with seasonings listed

Soak in buttermilk for 20 mins cover, place in refrigerator

Mix flour and baking powder well

Dredge chicken until coated

Fry in oils of choice until golden brown

Remove chicken let set for 2 mins

Sauce:

Mix ingredients in a sauce pan

Stir well for 3 mins on medium.

Pour desired amount on chicken
