Spring Break Slim Down Smoothie Bowl
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- ½ zucchini (makes for a very creamy smoothie!)
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ of an avocado
- 1 T milled flax
- 1 serving of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp matcha green tea powder (incredible for the metabolism!)
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup of water
- Ice
Garnish (optional):
- 1 T chia seeds
- 1 T coconut shavings
- ½ sliced blood orange
Directions:
- Blend all the ingredients except for the garnish until creamy.
- Pour your smoothie into a bowl and garnish. Serve with a spoon and straw.
