Spring Break Slim Down Smoothie Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ zucchini (makes for a very creamy smoothie!)
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ¼ of an avocado
  • 1 T milled flax
  • 1 serving of your favorite chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp matcha green tea powder (incredible for the metabolism!)
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of water
  • Ice

Garnish (optional):

  • 1 T chia seeds
  • 1 T coconut shavings
  • ½ sliced blood orange

Directions:

  • Blend all the ingredients except for the garnish until creamy.
  • Pour your smoothie into a bowl and garnish. Serve with a spoon and straw.
  • Enjoy!
