ST. LOUIS — 1 lb Red Barn Farm Meats grass fed ground beef

1/2 choped onion

1 cup drained sweet corn

1/2 cup refried beans

1 packet taco seasoning

Shredded colby Jack cheese

4-6 sweet potatoes

Prep sweet potatoes by washing and poking holes to vent steam

Microwave for 10 min then let cool

While potatoes are cooking, brown Red Barn Farm grass fed ground beef along with onion

Add beans, corn and seasoning and mix well

Once potatoes have cooled, cut in half and spoon out center. Spray skin with olive oil amd season with kosher salt. Fill with ground beef mix, sprinkle with cheese and bake on 450° until potato is crispy and cheese is melty!
