ST. LOUIS — Easy Beef Tacos with Salsa Verde Topping

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- ¾ cup Harry & David Salsa Verde
- ¼ cup sour cream
- 6 tbsp cojita cheese crumbles, divided
- 6 flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a medium non-stick skillet preheated to medium-high heat, add the ground beef. Break up the beef using a wooden spoon and cook until no longer pink – about 5-7 minutes.
- Drain and return the beef to the skillet. Add the seasoning mixture and stir to combine. Simmer the meat over medium-low until heated through.
- In a small bowl, combine Harry & David Salsa Verde with sour cream.
- To serve, take a flour tortilla and fill it with some of the taco meat. Top with 1 tbsp cojita cheese and a dollop of the Harry & David Salsa Verde sour cream mixture. Repeat process until all tacos have been filled. Enjoy!

Pepper Relish and Cream Cheese Dip
Ingredients
-1 jar Harry & David Pepper and Onion Relish, any variety
-8 oz. cream cheese
Instructions
- Blend softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add relish and blend well.
- Serve with crisp tortilla chips, snack crackers, or finger foods.
Harry & David’s Meatballs
Ingredients
- 1 jar Harry & David’s Original Oregon Trail Sauce
- 2 jars Harry & David’s Pepper and Onion Relish
- 1 package of frozen meatballs
Instructions
- Thaw meatballs. Put in crock pot.
- Stir together trail sauce and relish. Pour over meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
