ST. LOUIS — TOMATO BASIL ORZO

Ingredients: 

(Dressing)

1/3 cup Balsamic Vinegar

1/3 cup Lemon Juice

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 tsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt

1 tsp Garlic Salt

1 tsp Lemon Pepper

Mix all ingredients together and put aside.

(Pasta)

1 1/2 lbs Cooked Orzo Pasta

1 cup Cooked Fresh Spinach - Chopped

1/2 cup Sun-dried Tomatoes - Chopped

1/4 cup Fresh Basil - Chiffonade

1 cup Parmesan Cheese

Mix these ingredients together in a large bowl.

Add the dressing, toss well.

Garnish with Parmesan Cheese and fresh Basil.
