ST. LOUIS — Rome-based culinary journalist Katie Parla has a brand-new cookbook out – “Food of the Italian South: Recipes for Classic, Disappearing, and Lost Dishes.”
The book includes eighty-five recipes. If you enjoy cooking, you’ll find a lot of inspiration in this book, as well as stories and photos for travel lovers. There are even tips on how to travel to South Italy like a local.
Katie Parla made a stop in St. Louis and tried out some local spots, such as Vicia and Union Loafers. She shared her experience, “I was really, really impressed.”
