The Dierbergs Seafood Department has all the fish you need for Lent

ST. LOUIS — It is officially Lent, for those who celebrate. Chef Christie Maggi from Dierbergs is here to tell us about their fish collection in the store.

Christi says that she thinks the seafood department at Dierbergs is the best visual department in the store. Today she is making some salmon tacos using their pre-marinated salmon.  

Dierbergs has all kinds of fish, and you can get it raw to take home and cut or they will cut it for you. You can also get pre-marinated fish and now they have new easy bags. The easy bags just go in the microwave and it is done!

Chef Christie Maggi from Dierbergs is back with another great recipe. Today she shows us how to make Plant Based Meat Substitute Pasta. Ingredients: Onions Peppers Mushrooms Plant Based Meat Substitute Meatballs Plant based pasta noodles Saute the vegetables and meat substitute meatballs in a pan until cooked.
