Vegetarian-focused menu from the team behind one of the most meat-forward restaurants in town

The same chefs that have put bacon on everything from toast to ice cream are now flexing some greener muscles.

Restaurants that cater to vegetarians are not necessarily a new thing in St. Louis, but a vegetarian-focused menu from the team behind one of the most meat-forward restaurants in town is a different story.

Last month, Show Me St. Louis stopped by The Block in Webster Groves. They put bacon on everything from toast to ice cream. Now, those same chefs are flexing greener muscles.

58hundred is located at 5800 Southwest Ave. They are open for dinner Monday – Saturday with plans to expand to Sunday brunch and dinner soon.
