ST. LOUIS — After Missouri voters agreed to legalize medical marijuana in last Fall’s election, Missouri’s Department of Health and Senior Services has been working to implement the new regulatory system.
Just because this law has passed, you cannot possess it right now. A patient can legally possess it once they have the permit or prescription to do so.
Because it is still federally illegal, everything is broken down by state. Everything must be produced and sold in Missouri.
