WENTZVILLE, Mo. – A few firefighters in Wentzville responded to a call for a report of a fall and ended up helping a man make breakfast.
Thankfully, the man was not injured after the fall. Firefighters stayed to help him finish making breakfast.
‘Fortunately the gentleman was not injured so the guys helped finish making breakfast for him!’ Wentzville Fire Protection District said on Facebook.
This isn’t the fire time Wentzville firefighters have gone above and beyond. In 2018, an elderly couple received a nice surprise from a few firefighters.
Two firefighters were changing smoke detector batteries for the couple, while a third firefighter waited in the fire truck. The third firefighter ended up mowing the lawn for the couple so they didn’t have to go back out into the heat.
