ST. LOUIS – Police are investigating after a man was carjacked in St. Louis’ Shaw neighborhood early Thursday morning.
Officers responded to the 3900 block of Russell around 3:35 a.m. where a 20-year-old said he had just parked and got out of his 2001 Dodge 1500 SLT when a black sedan pulled up next to him.
Three people with guns got out of the sedan and demanded his property. The victim handed over his wallet, cellphone and car keys. Two of the suspects got into the victim’s car and the third got back into the black sedan.
The victim was not injured.
