EAST ST. LOUIS, Ill. — An investigation is underway after a man was shot to death in East St. Louis early Tuesday morning.
Police responded 400 N. 25th Street around 1 a.m. where a man was found shot. He was transported to a hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The St. Clair County coroner has identified the man as 27-year-old Rico. D. Stringer.
Police have not released any other information.
