ST. LOUIS — An investigation is underway after a man was robbed at gunpoint in Forest Park Monday morning.

Police responded to 5175 Grand Drive, which is in Forest Park, around 10:45 a.m.

A 29-year-old man said he pulled over to check out his car. While he was inspecting it, two unknown men approached him. One of the men pulled out a gun and demanded the victim empty his pockets and leave his stuff inside his car. He then ordered the victim to run away while they tried to leave in his car.

Police said the two men didn’t get away in the victim’s car because the victim still had his keys. The victim ran away where he contacted police. His car was found with his personal property missing. He was not injured.
