North County Police searching for suspect in Monday shooting death of 19-year-old

Police are asking for the public's help to find Ke'Shuan Jones.

WELLSTON, Mo. — Police have named and are searching for a suspect in the shooting and killing of a 19-year-old in Wellston, Missouri, Monday night.

The North County Police Cooperative announced Friday that at-large warrants have been issued against Ke'Shuan Jones, 18, of Wellsmar Avenue. He is also known as "Tank."

Jones is charged with first-degree murder and armed criminal action. He is not in custody.

The case was investigated by the Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis investigated, who said in a press release that Koreyion Brown was found shot and killed on the 1500 block of Wellston Place at around 6:30 Monday evening.
