BALLWIN, Mo. — Police in Ballwin, Missouri, said a man arrested on suspicion of stealing left his young child in a crib while committing the alleged crime.
Police said they arrested Jarek Crowder at which time he told them he left his child home alone. When they went to his home, they found the child in a crib.
Crowder was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and the incident was handed over to the Department of Family Services.
