ST. LOUIS – St. Louis police are investigating three carjackings that occurred late Wednesday night and early Thursday morning.

The first carjacking occurred around 10:35 p.m. in the Dutchtown neighborhood. A 46-year-old woman was approached by three unknown teens with guns. The teens demanded the woman’s car and property. The teens left the scene in the woman’s 2008 Scion.

Around 12:45 a.m., police responded to the Lumiere Casino where a man said he pulled over his car at Carr and N. 2nd Street to wait for a friend. Two unknown men approached him with a gun. The victim ran from the scene and left his car running.

One of the suspects got into the victim’s Infinity FX35 and left the scene, followed by a grey four-door sedan driven by the other suspect.

The victim was not injured.

Police responded to a carjacking in The Grove around 2:45 a.m. 

A 41-year-old man and 28-year-old man told police they were carjacked near Manchester and Hemp. Officers saw the victims’ car traveling south on Vandeventer and pursued it, but it fled out of sight. After a canvass, officers found the car unoccupied in the 1200 block of Central Industrial. The victims were not injured.
