ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. — Police are looking for a person seen in security video stealing wheels and tires from a St. Charles County car dealership earlier this month.

St. Charles County Police said the theft happened on two separate occasions about 24 hours apart on Nov. 4 and 5. In both instances, the person drove a large white van with no license plates onto the lot of US Motors on the 1200 block of South Callahan Road in Wentzville, Missouri, and started stealing the wheels and tires.

The owner of the business said the man was able to drive onto the lot because there is no gate, and made off with 45 sets of wheels and tires from the car lot. He estimated the value of the stolen wheels and tires at $6,500.

Anyone with information about the man is asked to call the St. Charles County Police Department Tips Line at 636-949-3002.
