WEST ALTON, Mo. — An investigation is underway after an armed robbery was reported at a West Alton gas station early Friday morning.
According to the St. Charles County Police Department, two people dressed in black approached the store clerk at Mobil on the Run and demanded money.
The incident happened around 1:45 a.m. at the Mobil on the Run in the 14000 block of U.S. Highway 67.
Police said the two people got away with an undisclosed amount of money. No injuries were reported.
