ST. LOUIS — A man is dead and five other people were injured in a shooting in north St. Louis Tuesday afternoon.
Police said the shooting happened at around 5:30 on the 1700 block of Billups Avenue. They said an SUV pulled up in front of a house and someone in the car opened fire with an assault rifle.
A man in his 30's sitting on the porch in front of the home was killed. Two men and two women in a different car were shot, and a woman walking in front of the house was shot as well.
