RAPID CITY, S.D. (KTHV) - Police believe the body found in a South Dakota freezer on Thursday may be that of a missing Fayetteville woman.
Pennington County officers were responding to a call related to a fraud investigation when they discovered the body inside of a freezer at a home in Rapid City, S.D., according to CBS affiliate KELO News.
S.D. officials think the body was transported there from Fayetteville, Ark. The body was sent to a lab to find out more on the woman's identity and cause of death. Police hope to have more information on Monday.
