KIRKWOOD, Mo. — This week’s on the market takes a look at some of the most expensive homes for sale in Kirkwood.

The homes featured this week are located in the 63122 ZIP code, which includes Kirkwood. In the third quarter of 2019, the 63122 ZIP code had 242 home sales, with a median sale price of $345,000. The median days on the market for homes was 30, according to national real estate brokerage Redfin.

Here’s a glimpse at some of the priciest homes on the market in Kirkwood:

29 Lemp Road, $850,000: This ranch-style home has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Inside the home are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. 427 W. Woodbine Ave., $834,900: This 4,239-square-foot home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms. The home includes three full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. Its kitchen has a walk-in pantry, granite countertops and custom cabinetry. Downstairs, the home has a theater room and gym. Outside, it has a fenced-in yard and covered deck.

801 Craig Forest Lane, $829,900: Built in 1999, this five-bedroom home has four full bathrooms and one half bathroom. The kitchen has a walk-in pantry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Downstairs, a walk-out basement has additional living space and a bathroom. Outside, the home has a deck, patio and hot tub.
