Humane Society of Missouri opens 2 cooling stations for pets and their owners

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at the St. Louis City Headquarters and the Best Buddy Pet Center in Maryland Heights will open cooling stations for pets and their owners.

ST. LOUIS - The Human Society of Missouri is opening its doors to pets and their owners who are without electricity or air conditioning.

From 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday at the St. Louis City Headquarters and the Best Buddy Pet Center in Maryland Heights will open cooling stations for pets and their owners.

St. Louis City Headquarters is located at 1201 Macklind Avenue, St. Louis 63110 and the Best Buddy Pet Center is located at 11660 Administration Drive, Maryland Heights 63146.

Pet owners must keep the pet contained or controlled at all times. An adult must be with the pet at all times. Pet owners should bring food and medicine required by the pet and themselves. The Humane Society of Missouri will provide a cool room, water and restroom facilities.
