ST. CLAIR COUNTY, Ill. — A pedestrian was airlifted to a St. Louis hospital after getting hit by a Metro bus near East St. Louis.
It happened on St. Claire Avenue near I-255 in Illinois.
Crews on the scene told 5 On Your Side the accident reconstruction unit was requested.
