ST. LOUIS – Jamie Allman has lost his shows on ABC 30 and 97.1 after blowback from a tweet threatening a survivor of the Parkland, Florida, school shooting.

In a since-deleted tweet, the talk show host threatened to sexually assault David Hogg, a survivor of the mass shooting Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School and an outspoken gun control advocate.

Ronn Torossian — a spokesman for Sinclair Broadcasting, which owns KNDL ABC 30 — said, "Yes his show is cancelled and he is off the air immediately."

Allman also has a morning talk show on 97.1. On Monday, Entercom, the company that owns 97.1, said they would be keeping Allman off the air while they gather facts and weigh all the information, but on Tuesday, the company said it parted ways with Allman, effective immediately. The station has no immediate plans to name a replacement for the show slot.

A boycott of advertisers spearheaded by Rep. Stacey Newman, D-Richmond Heights, resulted in a few sponsors pulling support for the TV show. The sponsors pulling ads included a Ruth's Chris franchise, The Gellman Team and Palm Health.
